The Wharf Caravan Park is a hidden jewel in the heart of the North Shropshire countryside. Next to Bridge 55 on the Shropshire Union Canal complete with Pub, Canal side Garden, Children’s Play Area and Moorings.

The park is open all year round and has 50 spacious Touring Caravan/Motor Home/Tent pitches. The pitches are mainly hard standing with some on grass and all with electric hook up. Located within the park is a new modern shower and toilet block with 24 hour access.

The Wharf is a popular stopping off place for people travelling either by road or canal. The lawns sweep right down to the waters edge, where narrow boats chug quietly by. It is a peaceful setting in which to enjoy a few hours away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Ideally located to take leisurely walks along the canal towpaths and enjoy the unspoilt countryside. Coarse fishing on the doorstep and championship golf course Hawkstone Park, Hill Valley and Market Drayton all within easy reach and within a short drive visit the historic town of Shrewsbury, the Potteries and Ironbridge Gorge.

Come and explore this beautiful Shropshire countryside – you won’t be disappointed!
